I’m Angela Parker—coach, creator, and founder of Unapologetically 50+. For over 30 years, I’ve walked alongside my husband in a marriage that has been as layered and beautiful as it has been real. We’ve blended families, rebuilt trust, grown through conflict, and redefined love time and time again. Our relationship has been my greatest teacher—and one of the reasons I believe so deeply in the power of honest communication, self-reflection, and grace.

But I’m not just a wife. I’m a woman who reached a point in life where everything shifted my body, my priorities, my dreams. After decades of showing up for everyone else, I made the radical decision to show up for myself. That choice cracked me wide open—and that is when the real journey begins.

Now, I help other women 50 and over awaken to the truth of who they are now—not who the world told them to be, or who they had to be to survive. Through workshops, coaching, and deeply honest conversations, I create spaces for us to release old roles, reclaim purpose, and rediscover joy.

I'm also navigating what it means to grow, stretch, and sometimes go solo like making the bold move to live abroad without my husband for a season of deep personal expansion. It's not easy, but it’s honest. And I believe in living honestly, even when it's scary. Especially when it's liberating.
